@Nav8 WiFi outside a property is often difficult as external walls are usually double thickness so reducing the WiFi signal significantly. You could buy Sky's WiFi Max bundle and ask for an extender you could place inside your home near as you can get to the charger which only requires minimal bandwidth unlike a camera. Alternatively you could buy a cheap 2.4GHz WiFi access point and place that similarly ideally near a window overlooking the charger.
