topic Buffering in Broadband

My WiFi has not been good since signing up with Sky.Now Broadband gave me 2 lines to run off due to bad signal. Sky told me to switch off at the wall so it can run off a less busy line. I switch off my router about 6 times an evening due to it not working.

This isn't good enough and Now broadband was better, not perfect just better. Please assist me as it's highly frustrating.

Regards

Sara

If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
