If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have super fast broadband but the past 3 weeks my daily average has been 7.5MBS at first I put it down to poor weather but it's still just as bad to the point we are having to connect everything to our phone hotspot just to watch a film&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what more can I do I have moved the box restarted it all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
