PC can't find Sky Network

My PC, using Windows 10, can't find my new Sky WiFi but I have maximum signal on my mobile in the same room. I've checked the security settings on my hub and it's WP2. I run my business from home so this is a nightmare, help!

@nickireynolds Is your PC in the same room? Also White or Black sky Hub?

Black Sky Hub and, no, it's at the other end of the house, but the City Fibre bloke assured me it would be ok.... I'm using two TP Links to get the signal to the room which works for my mobile but my PC doesn't find it

@nickireynolds Listen to the CF Engineer if you wish, you are stuffed, they are NOT wireless experts far from it! What Tp-Links are you using connected to the sky Broadband Hub, were they both working fine before the hub move?

Say the exact TP model there are MANY.....

Typically you'd need to factory reset and then go through the set-up procedure for any such hardware after replacing a router.
