      <title>Cannot connect to my broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since yesterday evening Thursday, the 5th of March. I have had no broadband or Internet. I now have broadband but I do not have Internet. This is not acceptable. I pay over nearly £100 a month for this service sky and I've been a long-standing customer for over 30 odd years. I need to get this sorted please I need this for work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
