Openreach should disconnect the old service but it can take a few hours if it is still up tomorrow call Sky.

Hi,

I had a set up, my sky router says its working but my tv wont connect. Also the engineer said when we were switched over the other internet would stop working. Its not working on the tv but its still green at the hub. So now i have two internet providers, neither of which are working on my tv but neither are showing as not working. I don't want to be charged twice for internet by sky and the other company because the takeover hasnt gone through. Thanks,

Louise.
