From your description the issue sounds to be the cameras detection area is not set correctly which I assume you have to do in the camera's app. I use Ring devices myself where you can draw an area in the app the camera will react to does your app offer the same?

Good evening folks,

I currently have two designated cameras in the hallway of the block of flats I reside in to keep an eye out for anti-social behaviour, etc. however they never seem to catch the whole recording from someone coming in and going.

I've noticed today the two cameras are the only ones on the 2.4 GHz frequency and wondered if someone could advise me how I'd go about changing these to 5 GHz to see if that makes a difference?

The cameras are Imou Cell Go, Full Colour, 2K/3MP if that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance.

P.S., completely forgot to say I'm on Sky Fibre with the Sky WiFi Max hub.
