      <description>&lt;P&gt;Downstairs is working fine and upstairs the sky TV, and two laptops connecting without any problems.&amp;nbsp; Mobiles working throughout the house.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I agree.&amp;nbsp; Strange though how the computer can pick up neighbours wfi signal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Sky help desk tried getting me to change the security setting, made no difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are going to send out a wfi booster.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using a booster, it used to connect to a BT hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It did momentarily connect to this Sky hub but lost this connection which couldn't then be reconnected&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4465720"&gt;@DudleyD&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then you need to go into the wireless wifi properties, see all the connections and tell the PC to forget them one by one....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The links above on post 6 say which sky hub you are using or just say White sky Max or Black sky Broadband Hub!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Take it this is all new and you moved from BT to sky, if you have not done so yet, also have a look at the Broadband Shield settings, those will not effect getting connected though!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
