topic Inadequate internet in Broadband

Hi, we were supposed to have an engineer out on 13th Feb, they never came. I did get a message to say the Openreach engineer had been working on the line but he mever came to the house. The internet has been insufficient since then. We really need someone to come onto the house and assess how many pods we need, if the line needs moved or what the issue is as.

@SarahAddison That is just not the function of an OR Engineer to do that, they are responsible for the delivery off the connection to your home plus all faults do not require an Engineer to attend the home if not required as a fault may be outside the home.

Anything else then that will require you to call sky and arrange a sky Engineer, there will no doubt be an additional cost for such request, the sky customer service should be able to advise as such, just call sky dial 150 on your sky talk landline or a sky mobile will also get you there!
