At least they let you know upfront, next they just have to change all the Help to reflect, have you per chance made a claim, the one and only that is allowed per the terms and conditions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just received a letter from Sky (yes a letter, not an email) about changes to WIFI MAX.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;From April 1st the the money back aspect of the Speed Guarantee will no longer apply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee will also no longer apply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Essentially all you can do if either fall short is terminate your contract with no fees.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think the Speed Guarantee was based on the Service Checker falling short three days in a row. I never understood how the Wall to Wall Wifi could be monitored.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't claimed, but only signed up in mid January.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
