      <title>No internet connection</title>

      <description>Tv saying no connection, switched everything off, waited a few mins, twice. All green lights on router, at wall and sky box still no internet. Tried various check, saying all ok. Internet kept dropping out last night and tv screen just went black for no reason.</description>
