      <description>&lt;P&gt;No broadband since yesterday lunchtime, 2 people turn up this morning 10am had lunch hour and went home at 15-30, still no broadband. Someone had pulled a cable out, so new one going in and need to connect but job not complete so presume back tomorrow!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Unfortunately some installation of fibre do hit snags. It is unfortunate that the copper line was disconnected I assume to pull the fibre line through.which normally works but as younhave found occasionally doesnt. &lt;/P&gt;
