Full Fibre Install - My engineer did not turn up

We had a sky engineer booked in to install our new full fiber on the 24th of Febuary between 1pm and 6pm but he did not turn up, We had no messages or phone calls from the engineer saying he would not make it. Can i now rearrange for an evening visit as im not taking another afternoon off, Can i also get any compensation for my wated time at home.
