No I want aware of that. They haven't put it as fixed at the moment. They are saying they are still working on it but it seems to be working since last night but the engineer is still waiting to be called to say it's done so they haven't updated the system. Hopefully it won't be needed again anyway but thanks for the info.

Had the free full fibre upgrade today but it can't connect to the Internet due to a problem with openreach. Apparently quite a few installers have had the same issue at other properties. The installer should've kept contacting me for an update but had nothing since this morning. He has to conbect it remotely. Sky haven't got a clue what's going on and are saying its an openreach problem but as we stream everything, I have no media/ broadband at all. Its still not working now.

We think it has been sorted now as all lights are solid now and it seems to be working but my account says there's a problem still. I know I can rewire back to the copper wire if needed but as its in the other room now, I don't know if the wire will reach but hopefully its sorted now. Just got to got the installer to phone us and update it on the account. Thanks
