      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help? I have had a fixed red PON light for hours, and the light on the sky max hub is green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yet if I run a test through the app, it says everything looks good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate any help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
