All 3 iPads and phones keep getting no satellite connection but everything else is fine.21times yesterday I am sick of paying for [removed] service and am going to cancel my subscription to sky.

Mobiles and tablets aren't connected to a satellite. Do you mean internet connection?

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@brandolew You may need this, there is also a cancel for the TV if that is also involved!
