Is anybody else experiencing that their internet goes off every day at least 2-3 times and always at the same time... Mid morning, mid afternoon and usually early evening we get the message "no internet". Sick and tired of trying to reconnect and having that darn pinwheel spinning on the tv.....

We pay for a service and always seem to have had a problem with the internet. Of course, there doesn't seem to be a way to talk to an actual human anymore...
