What app are you using to wtite and dispatch emails? Have you tried BT's web mail page to see if that works?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We currently use a BT email address but our wifi is through you. When I use my work email address&amp;nbsp; from homeI&amp;nbsp; can&amp;nbsp; send and receive emails no problem (From my works laptop) I can send and receive emails from my BT address whilst using my works wifi away from home. But emails on my desk&amp;nbsp; top (BT account )refuse to&amp;nbsp; send - I&amp;nbsp; can&amp;nbsp; receive but not send.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had emails stuck in&amp;nbsp; my out box at homne (BT address) for iover two&amp;nbsp; days, but when&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp; compile and send from my Iphone (BT&amp;nbsp; address) it goes 1st time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can&amp;nbsp; you&amp;nbsp; assist&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Typically for an outbound mail issue you'd need to check the SMTP server setting.&lt;/P&gt;
