      <description>I have reset at the wall and the router but it keeps dropping. Service checker says no issues but why is it still having an issue.</description>

If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I finally got through to a person myself and they did some checks. Said it was an external line issue and they would send an engineer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully sooner rather than later!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
