This what happens and is seen when a complete reboot happens, the log only holds about 24hrs before overwrite on the log... ?=0 added to get through the web filter.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky router is randomly rebooting once to twice everyday. It takes down the network for a couple of minutes each time (not great when on a work Teams call!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked the power and connections with no joy. I have even plugged it into a ups to make sure that power is not an issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have rest the box back to factory settings also with on improvement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So 30+ mins on a call to Sky trying to get them to understand that yes, it is all fine now, it reboots at random. No, I can't ring you when it is down because my landline I via the router and I have no mobile signal. No I can't sit in the cupboard where the router is waiting for it happen so I can 'take a picture of the lights'.... 🤬&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand this is not on their script but seriously, it can't be that hard....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If black do you see it when that happens go back to a full restart, ie Power light start's off Red, then takes 4-5 minutes for the full reboot to back up connected?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the black one you can go look at the Hub log, it will go back to 1970 time stamp showing a full restart has occured....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It does do a full restart but I have looked at the logs and there is nothing. Yesterday it did it twice in about 10 minutes. Been ok since then but will probably drop out at some point this afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3497689"&gt;@Howardm72&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;That's perfect, as soon as you get a re boot that is just not expected, go look, the log should get wiped out and go back to 1970 until it touches the ntp server to get the correct and current date/time from it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UPS is one off those, with a very light load of a Hub you have to be sure that the hub does NOT reboot especially if it is a mains type, the 12V battery connected right on the Hub is better, so be real happy that your UPS is working good!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sky hub should JUST not be rebooting, going to send a PM to you!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
