My streaming puc won't connect to my sky internet, therefore I can't use my television to watch anything.

I can't follow any of these steps as it requires you to be able to press the home button to go to the settings, I can't do that as I have no connection

I've managed to get it connected to the internet, now it just has the sky logo on the screen, the white light flashes.
then it goes to a black screen, and the process starts again

No change, followed the guidance, tried to use the chat option, still
