    <description>Hello I am constantly having problems with teams calls from my laptop and mobile phone via the Wi-Fi this is frustrating as I keep having to wait to rejoin calls I have reset the Wi-Fi router tried moving my computer and still keep having issues we are also having connection issues with the sky TV. Also connection in my daughter's bedroom with the y star Wi-Fi extender is an average at best and in the back living room the Wi-Fi is poor could you please arrange to resolve thanks Eric</description>
