    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4620246"&gt;@Leew1708&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;There is NOTHING an Engineer will be able to do with an app type problem, that is NOT what they are for! App issue would be best addressed with Customer Service but depending on what is going on you will get the uninstall it, re-install it and reconnect by logging into the system again....       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having issues with the app and was advised by sky customer service I can book an engineer via app but this doesn't come up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the option to do this and don't want to keep calling customer service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could anyone advise please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
