    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've &lt;STRONG&gt;just placed an order&lt;/STRONG&gt; for a new broadband connection at my property.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am writing to see if there is any way to expedite the activation process. Currently, I am in a total "dead zone"—there is &lt;STRONG&gt;no mobile signal&lt;/STRONG&gt; in my area, and since I don't have working Wi-Fi yet, I am completely cut off from the network while I'm inside the house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please provide an estimated connection date? If there are any cancellations or earlier slots available for an engineer visit (if required), I would greatly appreciate being prioritized so I can get back online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is no priority given and lead in times for new installations are typically 10+ days minimum.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
