&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received a prompt on my phone that my wife connection had an error and to follow the image that most looked like my setup, but none of them look like my set up. I tried unplugging and replugging everything in and all the service lights are green but none of my devices will connect. I keep receiving the error prompt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
