Have had slow speed on various TV apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, and just simple internet stuff on my TV, my home PC nd my iPad - all have slowed dramatically in last couple of months.
I ran the Sky tests, changed how the Sky hub is connected as instructed by Sky Diagnostics, which tells me I have a broadband issue, after a lot of faffing on the 'phone I got a new Sky Hub today, and nothing has changed. Beginning to hate this. Feel like I am being fleeced. Have had Sky for over 20 years. I go through the tests and end up being sent to how to spend more money. If I don't get this resolved soon I will be changing my broadband provider.

Use broadband and the > to expand and see!

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

Sample below off my FF500 connection so yo have an idea what to look at, post 4 and you will see!

Service Checker bars
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Broadband-speeds-reported-versus-actual/td-p/5171393
