&lt;P&gt;If the connection isn't delivering the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed and Sky cannot resolve the issue then they typically offer to terminate a contract at no cost to the user.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a different issue then it's still best to try and work with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
