    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4616780"&gt;@Ric18&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Are you normally a 3 lights or a 4 lights, the voice all depends on what phone connection type you have, but 3 Green as you have is the connection, hub off 5 minutes back on and if back to three again, you have a problem if it does not allow the data to pass to your connected devices, THAT is all off them so WiFi connected but NO Internet..... Leaving the sky hub off for a COUPLE hours may get you past that issue, but it does take that length off time to do so!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This explains the lights on the hubs:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
