WiFi has dropped out, broadband says it's good but all my devices won't connect. Sky hub has a white light so should be fine. It's like it has stopped working as it should

@Jac39

Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Nothing worked using sky. I isolated for an hour then turned on again but that did nothing. In the end I unplugged the box and left it over night. When I plugged it in this morning everything worked fine. Must be an issue with the sky max hub not being able to run 24/7
