Our Internet isn't working

Our broadband and WiFi are not working. Ive run tests which says everything is fine but it isn't. We can't watch tv on any of our tvs or use games console or access WiFi on our phones. I have done the troubleshooting

@Derbymduck What is it that you see, look at the link below!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

@Derbymduck Do you also still have NO internet on any device? is anything connected to the wired Ethernet connection, and if nothing say like a mobule, do you have wireless wifi connection but a ! exclamation mark or such like, saying connected but no Internet!

Its intermittent and extremely slow not enough to supply all devices in the house
