      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I am having issues accessing the internet through my WiFi. Most apps on my phone are working but some not, the TV is connecting and downloading, I can send and receive emails but suddey I cannot use a browser. This has happened on 3 laptops and 2 phones. I have cleared the cache and cookies on them all but to no avail. Restarting devices or the router doesn't change things.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone offer any help or point me in the right direction for help as I can't find a contact number anywhere for sky&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4616470"&gt;@William142&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Looking more like your systems may be comming up against a DNS error, would power off your sky Hub, but you ARE going to have to leave it off for a couple hours to get a new WAN ip as THAT TIME is what it takes....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can do a &lt;A href="https://www.whatismyipaddress.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.whatismyipaddress.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and capture or write down what you have, when you restart running the same again you can see if the IP has changed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
