&lt;P&gt;The service checker looks for issues in your area so try instead running this line test:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We can't watch a single program without it crashing. Constant messages of trying to load. Have to check the service checker&amp;nbsp;@ least 5 times a day. Service has got progressively worse. We have been promised &amp;amp; pay for a service that they cannot provide.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
