If this applies in your case unless Sky's service checker in the My Sky app offers to book an engineer's appointment it is unlikely Openreach will intervene as the systems are designed to adjust to stabilise the connection however this can take a week or so to do so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Broadband keeps dropping out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using the sky provided router. My internet keeps dropping out. This has been happening for around 3-4 days now. 2nd and 4th lights on the router are currently showing orange (2nd is flashing). I have tried resetting the router but it hasn't really helped. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting all of the cables but that hasn't worked either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
