@Robbiestargazer What is very poor about it all, have a look on your service checker, it will show you the 30 day's history that sky see's when checking your connection, just use the broadband and > to expand and see, look below at post 4 for what it looks like with the link!

Based on MY FF500 sky fibre connection!
