    <description>&lt;P&gt;The internet is intermittently dropping out, I have checked the router and all the lights are on, I have reset and this has no impact. The download and upload speeds appear ok but it keeps intermittently losing connection which is impacting my work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are any other devices working fine at this point and it's just not THAT device with the issue!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on!       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4615640"&gt;@MichelleCarter1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if the lights on the hub are not changing when you lose connectivity it sounds like a possible issue with your home network. If you are using WiFi could something like an older microwave or a fluorescent kight beccausing interference?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
