I have similar issues, Teams constantly dropping me out of calls, although I havent tried moving closer to the main router to see if I get the same problem

My team calls keep freezing or dropping out in office upstairs. laptop in same room next to booster. Teams calls ok downstairs and all other devices ok. Tests show all strengths are good. Can't be laptop as it's fine elsewhere. Do we need a new booster or box?

Hi @Dan274

This sounds like your Teams calls struggle when you are upstairs connected to your Sky booster, but when your downstairs connected to the main router they are fine. Is this correct?
