As to not getting what does the service checker show, capture and post your history up!

Hi all,

Got the full fibre gigafast package, 600mbps guaranteed yet I'm only hitting 500 a day.

Sky have recognised this and said can either cancel or have the upgrade for free. However they have not given me any details on how I go about doing either of the two options? Contacting sky seems to be getting harder and harder.

Also, can anyone explain why I can't hit the guaranteed 600mbps and how this can be fixed? I'd obviously prefer to have faster Internet given the choice!

Thanks in advance 👍

Hi @LiamC8

You would need to call them using the contact methods on sky.com

The issue can often be down to local contention, if many people around you are also on high speed FTTP lines & are using that bandwidth you can find there is contention.
