Hi @Reid3

Is this over WiFi or ethernet?
If you have many devices connected or interference on WiFi channels from other routers then your speed can come down. Often when you reboot your router it will hop to a new WiFi channel and not all your devices will reconnect straight away, this is why you see higher speeds. Once the network has settled down, all devices have reconnected and potentially neighbouring routers have jumped onto the same channel your speed may decrease.

Speed should be 150 but more than often it is around 40 - if I switch router on and off we do get 150 for a short while but then it goes back to around 40.

@Reid3 As you are on a FF150 Full Fibre connection with a new Supplied ONT unit no doubt stuck on an outer wall, when this upgrade happened, is the sky Hub same place as before the upgrade, ie it was in the hall middle off the home working fine, it's now stuck in the corner of the home and worse, that little short cable that sky supplied i've now had to stick the hub behind the tele out off view... BECOMES a major problem for POOR wireless wifi....

Rule of thumb for you 150/30Mb/s should be easily got close to the sky hub, install a speedtest.net app that stores and allows you to look at the test data, that way you can check once a month how it is all going....

Or and also helpful is the sky Service Checker, click on broadband and the > expand and see the 30 day's off history when sky looks at your connection.... sample below look at post 4 and you will see based of my FF500 connection!

Service Checker bars
https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Broadband-speeds-reported-versus-actual/td-p/5171393

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker you can also do this i think as part off the MySky app, dont use so cannot say for sure what is shown/done!
