      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since I've upgraded my WiFi our phones lose connection ..this never happened with the original sky broadband ..the booster I originally had says it is connected to the hub but we get bad reception downstairs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've disconnected the old sky broadband hub but attempted to connect the old booster box to the new hub ..all lights on booster indicate it's connected&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4613217"&gt;@Kris19&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Although i have never used the sky Max hub, think you will find that the old sky Broadband Booster if that is the one you have will 100% NOT work at all, yes you may get all the 3 lights on it but no one will be at home for data transmission.... The sky Max will need the sky Pod, see again from the links!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will have to test at the booster to see if one you get connected to it, and two when on or off is there a connection through the booster to the sky Max hub!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still have the old sky Broadband Hub, just connect it back and swap out the white sky Max to test!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
