I am having trouble with our Sonos home speakers since we had a new router installed. After doing some reasearch it looks like the speakers will only work on 2.4GHz so I am trying to split the bands in the house. I have followed the instructions online but when I get to the user name and password section I can't get any further. I have a black router and it says to put "admin" and then the wifi password with <> either side. I have tried this several times and I can't get into the next page. I have even tried just <wifi password> and this won't work either. Can anyone please help me as I am terrible with technology! Thank you

Don't use the <> or the " symbols : the WiFi key is just letters and numbers and the username is admin
