    <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband speed is extremely poor. I've been using "My Sky" and several independent speed test providers. I've been receiving, on average, 20mb/sec download. On my Sky it's states there is an issue with the speed, I've followed all the steps, in an attempt to resolve the issue. Nothing is helping. It also states that there is an issue with my streaming puck. You sent me a replacement many months ago. My Sky still states that there is still a problem with it. Every time I've spoken to an adviser I get no further forward. I've totally had enough of the customer service I am receiving. If this continuing issue is not resolved in the next week and I receive no communication, I will not continue with communications and will change my broadband provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one very dissatisfied long time customer,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mr Mark Wilson.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
