Power off your sky hub for 5 minutes then restart it all to see if it all stabilises!

You would be best to turn off ALL wireless connections, and start them one at a time, it takes ONE wireless wifi device to cause havoc, and those can be anything at all, you do not supply enough detail to what you have or what was done, or even all working great before etc etc!

I had full fibre connected on Friday, however since then my WiFi signal is fluctuating massively between 2 mb or lower up to 800. This is causing unstable connections for streaming tv and video calls.
this occurs even when standing next to the hub.
