    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4610898"&gt;@MuadhChowdhury&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;What sky Hub is it, which power connection did you remove, ie direct on the back off the sky Hub, or switched it off at the mains etc, sounds like something may have got damaged when you did that, no light power for the hub, either the PSU is gone or the sky Hub, all you can do is call sky and request a replacement Hub which should come with everything needed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Hub not working</title>

      <description>Hi, I disconnected the hub by disconnecting the power cable to try and reset the WiFi connection as the connection was slow. When I reconnected the cable to the hub, the hub did not power up and has since not powered up. Please help</description>
