      <description>Live in Southend. At 12:30 broadband dropped out, with sky saying no issues in my area, broadband and WiFi tests show no issues, but router has orange lights. Brother lives across down and went down at exactly the same time. City fibre issue, or planned upgrades perhaps? I have to restart at least once a week, but it's not fixed it tonight. I see others reporting issues too.</description>
