My Sky TV and broadband was installed on 30.1.2026. Since then I am getting no more than one bar registering on the system everywhere except in the main room where the router is. The booster has been plugged in in the hallway but has made absolutely no difference to us and we cannot connect to the internet from the bedroom/first floor, which is where my home office is. This is impactin on my work as I work from home.

Can an engineer please return asap and make sure that the installation has been done correctly? I am usinjg all the data up on my mobil phone in order to do my work.
