The password on the label will match the hub as long as it is running on its default settings. It has to be entered into the device exactly as written on the label and as mentioned it is very easy to misread the letters as numbers and vice versa..&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a device refusing to accept the password tell it to forget the connection then fully reboot it by powering down fully. Then after rebooting try again when the memory has been fully refreshed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you all for your help. Update: I was doing everything right, after 45 mins on live chat &amp;amp; 30 mins on the phone with sky support they agreed it must have been a faulty router. They sent out a new router &amp;amp; it worked perfectly straight away!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
