      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4608316"&gt;@Samuel62&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;unfortunately faults can drvelop on the line cinnecting you to the exchange due to numerous reasons including bad weather so it isnt necessarily "bad service" as simply life.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you call Sky they maybe able to get Openreach to check the line but given there are automatic systems that can stabilise the connection often Openreach who owns the line leave those to do their work only intervening when they fail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
