Does the engineer bring the sky max hub? It's still saying awaiting dispatch, my streaming puck has already come and engineer is due in a few days but still not sky hub has come?

The engineer will not carry your hub, it is sent out a few days before activation.

Have you logged into the My Sky app and checked your activation date is still the same and hasnt been delayed?

Hi it's not saying it's changed still set for 9th but there's been no updates on it just doesn't say a date or if it's been dispatched yet

@Chels12 The sky hub is not brought by any Engineer, should be dispatched to arrive a day before your activation date, streaming pucks etc are out the door instantly as streaming TV will work with any ISP supplied service!

If your activation date is the 9th I would expect your hub to be dispatched today or tomorrow.
