      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;in the last 3 days my connection has been dropping 3 or 4 times per day. It comes back eventually but is clearly unacccepable. I've checked your online tests and they say all is well. It isn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
