    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4604071"&gt;@Hayley1330&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry to hear that, &amp;nbsp;I would reccomend trying the steps in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-which-sky-hub" target="_self"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you haven't already.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also use service checker in the MySky app which can also help you to book an engineer if it finds a fault that can't be fixed remotely.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>No wifi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had issues last week with no WiFi, Colin from sky sent a WiFi plug out but has made no difference. I have now had my sky glass tv come today and I can't install it to the WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the current Puk I use will only connect via an Ethernet cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Colin suggested last time that I need an engineer to come out if the WiFi plug didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i work from home I need the WiFi connection to work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
